IMMERSE YOURSELF IN THE WORLD OF THE CIDRE

JOURNEY THROUGH THE NATURAL PARK PAGOETA TO SATXOTA.
We will meet the farm Iturraran farm in Pagoeta, where the journey will begin. Throughout the journey to Satxota, visits to the old apple trees in Satxota, the Agorregi forge and the mill will be possible. The walk follows the river Mantero until it reaches Satxota. The guided visit will start in Satxota, after the journey.

Visit to Satxota: The history of the cider in the Basque Country, the importance of the cider in our culture, the history of Satxota, the production process (from apple to cider), a short tasting and a snack.

VISIT TO AGORREGI FORGE + VISIT AND TASTING WITH COMMENTARY IN SATXOTA + LUNCH

The visit begins on the Iturraran farm. The participants will visit the old apple trees and go walking to the forge and the mill of Agorregi. The forge will be working in the past.
The visit will continue in Satxota where the history of cider in the Basque Country, its importance and culture, and the production will be explained. Then, there will be a short tasting and a snack.

VISIT TO THE ITURRARAN FARM + VISIT TO SATXOTA + TASTING + LUNCH

Participants will meet in Iturraran and learn about the old work professions, the history of the farm, the products they used to produce and an cider-press. Then, they will visit the old apple orchard and they continue to Satxota.
In Satxota, visitors will learn about the history of cider in the Basque Country, its importance and culture, and the production (from apple to cider). The installations will be visited and there will be a short tasting and a snack before the lunch.
